All products come with a 30 Day Free Exchange or Return within 30 Days of wear. If it doesn't fit or perform for you the way you want, we take it back. This is how confident we are in our gear.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES

Returns:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
-Gift Cards
-Clearance Items

To complete your return, we require either: receipt, proof of purchase, order number, or customer name. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on your package that you received the item in.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but we can offer you an exchange or store credit. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at scott@asanahawaii.com

Exchanges:

Anytime within 30 days of wear we will replace items if they are the wrong fit, isn't what you expected, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or different item, send us an email at scott@asanahawaii.com, we will send you a return slip and then send your item to the above address.

Faulty or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please call or email us immediately with the following information:
-Your order number
-Which item is damaged
-A description
-Photographic evidence

We will make sure to get you a new item as a replacement within 14 days or you may have an immediate refund issued to your credit card or payment platform. 

Shipping:

Free shipping on all items returned within the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee time period. Any item that you wish to return after that time is not covered in the free shipping and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
